Darren Davis is a co-founder of Adams Davis, P.C. and represents plaintiffs in injury cases. He is a member of the Utah and Louisiana Bar. He has tried numerous cases to significant plaintiff verdicts and has achieved multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of the injured. Mr. Davis specializes in the litigation of injuries arising from traffic incidents, industrial accidents, medical malpractice, and defective products. He lectures often at legal seminars on variety of topics including trial practice, damages and litigation of injury claims. He has recently been recognized as one of Utah’s top personal injury lawyers by his peers in Utah Business Magazine.
Sam Adams Graduated from the College of Law at the University of Utah. Since that time, he has been a plaintiff’s lawyer and has successfully arbitrated, mediated and tried numerous lawsuits on behalf of his clients. At the end of 2007, Sam Adams and his partner, Darren Davis, founded the law firm of Adams Davis, P.C. to enhance the service that they provide to their personal injury clients. He enjoys being a community activist and has served as the Park City Bar President.
Brett began his personal injury practice in late 2006 at Keith Barton & Associates. Over the next four years he had the opportunity to represent thousands of accident victims and gained a lot of experience dealing with all types of accidents and injuries. In late 2010 Brett joined Adams Davis and currently represents clients that have been injured in car accidents, trucking accidents, construction accidents, wrongful death cases, dog bite cases, and slip and fall accidents.
York Major is a premier injury and complex tort litigation attorney. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Utah State University, and received his Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University, in Washington, D.C. York’s practice is devoted exclusively to representing plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and commercial litigation cases. York Major is willing and able to handle all types of injury cases ranging from several thousand dollars to multi-million dollar cases. Additionally, he is bilingual in English/Spanish.
Christian Cueva is an associate at Adams Davis. His practice focuses on representing individuals against the faceless machinery of Insurance Companies, Corporations, and the State. His background and roots come from Latin America and extensive and frequent contact with the Latino community in Utah. Christian considers it to be one of the greatest privileges of being a lawyer to be able to meaningfully fight for people who cannot otherwise fight for themselves. In his experience, there is no greater meaning than service to others. He also holds a Masters in Public Policy. In his free time, Christian enjoys playing basketball, tennis, and soccer.
Audrey has been working in the legal field for eight years and has an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. She handles litigation and pre litigation matters. When not working in the Adams Davis PC office she enjoys reading, gardening, and swimming.
Brandie has been working in the legal field for 17 years. She started working at Adams Davis, P.C. in 2010 and currently handles claims and litigation for Sam Adams and Darren Davis. Outside of the office she enjoys camping, off road riding, music and time with her family and friends.
Mike Banks attended the University of Utah, earning bachelor’s degrees in both Anthropology and Speech Communication. Following his time at the University of Utah, Mike attended law school in Oregon while his wife also attended graduate school. In 2007, Mike began his legal career in Utah. He worked for Robert J. DeBry & Associates as an advocate for injured people until he joined Adams Davis, P.C. in 2015. Mike is the father of two boys. He enjoys playing guitar, and restoring old motorcycles. Currently he is restoring two Soviet era sidecar motorcycles.
